Large Increase in Visitors to Kitchen and Bathroom Show

Friday, July 24, 2009
Despite the cancellation of KBB Review and KBB London earlier this year all is not doom and gloom in the world of kitchens & bathrooms.

Visitor numbers at the second Kitchen & Bathroom Show, on at Sandown Park on 27 & 28 June, rose exponentially due to the co-location of The Southern Homebuilding & Renovating Show. Centaur, the Show organisers, have now announced the launch of a second Kitchen & Bathroom Show at Harrogate in 2010.

Attracting over 5,000 visitors, The Kitchen & Bathroom Show was a huge success and the 45 exhibitors were impressed with the quality and quantity of visitors.

We were so glad we came to the Show this year, said Michael Battley from Kitchen Italia. “It was a huge success for us. Roll on the next one where we will need a lot more staff to cover the demand."

The Show offered us an excellent opportunity to showcase our products to a well-qualified audience who had serious projects,” said Steve and Denise Turner from Amarestone. “We were impressed with the quality of the leads we picked up from the Show and we’ll definitely be putting it on our calendar again for next year.”

The Kitchen & Bathroom Show will be on at Sandown Park in 2010 on 26 & 27 June, co-located again with The Southern Homebuilding & Renovating Show. A second show will take place in Harrogate from 5 to 7 November 2010, co-located with The Northern Homebuilding & Renovating Show.

Nick Noble, Director for Consumer Exhibitions, is understandably delighted. “The success of the Kitchen & Bathroom Show confirms our decision to invest in it and demonstrates the continuing consumer – and trade – demand for a dedicated kitchen & bathroom show. We are impressed at the extent the Show has grown and look forward to developing it further with the additional Show at Harrogate in 2010."

Companies interested in exhibiting at either Show should contact Richard Milbourn on 0207 9706519.
